Stephany Jackson is an estate planning attorney and co-founder of Jackson & Williams Law, serving clients throughout Massachusetts. She earned her law degree from the Massachusetts School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.  


Stephany opened this firm to create a space where people feel truly heard, supported, and guided through some of life’s most important decisions regarding estate planning.  


Focusing on estate planning, asset protection, and probate, Stephany employs a practical and down-to-earth approach. Her goal is to make the estate planning process clear and comfortable, free of legal jargon, pressure, and judgment. She offers honest guidance, thoughtful planning, and a commitment to protecting what matters most to you and your family.  


Stephany believes that estate planning, including essential documents for asset protection, is important for everyone, regardless of financial circumstances. She is dedicated to ensuring that every individual has the necessary documents in place. If you are ready to start your estate plan or update an existing one, Stephany welcomes the opportunity to guide you through the process with care and confidence.  


In her free time, Stephany enjoys listening to audiobooks and cherishing moments with her husband and their two dogs.
