Asset protection

Irrevocable Trust

An irrevocable trust is an advanced estate planning tool designed to protect assets, preserve wealth, and support long-term planning goals. Once established, the terms of an irrevocable trust generally cannot be changed, allowing assets placed in the trust to be removed from your taxable estate and shielded from certain creditors. At Jackson & Williams Law, we work closely with you to determine whether an irrevocable trust fits your needs and to structure it thoughtfully—whether for asset protection, Medicaid planning, or legacy planning. When used appropriately, an irrevocable trust can provide lasting security, tax efficiency, and protection for generations to come.
